Welcome to Liveoffcampus.net.  If you are currently shopping around for student housing and are looking for the best bang for your buck, you found the right place.  We encourage you to shop around for other student housing properties near the UNCC campus.  You'll quickly notice that our prices are almost too good to be true, but they are true.  No, we don't have a tanning bed for our tenants or a plasma TV in your living room but we do have a nicely upgraded, comfortable and spacious floor plan selection at typically 40% (yes, that's 40 percent) less than some of our competitors.  Unlike several competitors, we are literally across the street from campus and because we are privately owned, we don't have to charge you application fees, utility turn-on fees, move-in fees- none of those up front fees you typically have to pay for with most student housing complexes.

Colville Gardens: 900 Square Feet, 2 bedroom, 2 Full Bath (rates vary from $890 to $930 for entire unit all inclusive).
