Welcome to Liveoffcampus.net.  If you are currently shopping around for student housing and are looking for the best bang for your buck, you found the right place.  We encourage you to shop around for other student housing properties near the UNCC campus.  You'll quickly notice that our prices are almost too good to be true, but they are true.  No, we don't have a tanning bed for our tenants or a plasma TV in your living room but we do have a nicely upgraded, comfortable and spacious floor plan selection at typically 40% (yes, that's 40 percent) less than some of our competitors.  Unlike several competitors, we are literally across the street from campus and because we are privately owned, we don't have to charge you application fees, utility turn-on fees, move-in fees- none of those up front fees you typically have to pay for with most student housing complexes.

Why Rampside Properties? No hassles with big management companies and no long waits for maintenance calls. Your comfort and satisfaction are our number 1 priority! We strongly encourage parents to get involved and call us with questions!  The below rates are effective August 2009:

University Terrace North: 1250 Square Feet, 4 Bedroom, 4 Full Bath ($360/month per room all inclusive)

University Terrace: 1150 Square Feet, 4 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath ($310/month per room all inclusive)

Colville Townhomes: 1400 Square Feet, 3 bedroom, 2 Full Bath & 3 bedroom 2.5 bath ($1080 to $1145/month entire townhome all inclusive)

Colville Gardens: 900 Square Feet, 2 bedroom, 2 Full Bath (rates vary from $900 to $930 for entire unit all inclusive).
